★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad. Basically racists. I have been there several times when I didn't have time to visit Apple store. Every time I visited all the staff ignored me and only white people are treated like their guests. Thank you for treating me who is a serious Apple devotees as an unwelcome guest --- writing this with my iPhone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my MacBook Pro to amac for repair. I got it back after 2 weeks, it was worse than when I gave it to them. The WiFi was not working and the laptop was slower than before! When I gave it to microfix to repair, after 1 day already, it turned out Amac didn’t connect the WiFi cable. So unprofessional. I would have never given it to them if the Apple store was open. Avoid it if you can and save yourself some time.

My issue could not be resolved cause of the age off my macbook but all was explained to me the time was taken and the expertise is from very high level! Very professional with much kindness! Amac is an example that top service is still to find. Big tumbs up! Amac is very fortunately to have such a stellar team! Keira is a clear example that woman know just as much when it comes down to the specs ;-)

I ordered my iPhone 13 pro max 2 month ago and give me nothing information. Vhere is my phone. I paid 1300 Euro and cannot give me info??? Was my first order from Amac and will be the last. Never ever again. I was really stupid because I choose Amac.
