★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always good service - walk in with my broken philips sonicare toothbrush which I bought more than 1year ago and walk out with a new one. Exact same thing happened twice to me.
I would never buy electronics anywhere’s else, if I can get them at BCC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The client service this particular store (BCC West) offers is very bad. I wanted to return a defective product (within its guarantee). I could not find the receipt but I had the purchase in my card, so i thought (since I could give them the date and time of my purchase) that they could print another receipt on the spot for me (a common practice). They claimed (and i do believe they were deliberately lying) that they could not trace my purchase because it took place more than a year ago. I returned home frustrated and opened an account in their website hoping there will be some proof of my buy. As soon as I opened the account, my buy was right there.
I find it hard to believe that I could find a receipt of my purchase in literally less than 2 minutes, by making an account on their website, but they could not trace the buy in their system.
They either lie, or they are incompetent. In either case, avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy in-ear headphones (Bose, > 210€). Can’t try them out, because it’s a hygienic product, but you also can’t return them if they are not to your satisfaction. Why not have one pair on display with a disinfectant? First, they said it’s bose policy. But turned out to be any pair. I’ll go back to Amazon, can return them there. value added of a shop? Not much.
