β β β β β After 4 weaks and intervention from the Apple support AMAC was able to "diagnose" the problem with my MacBook Pro: It was the same text I dictated them 4 weaks ago.... no words about what are they going to do, still waiting on the repair. No chance to call through to the "technical support", eMail replay time: 10 (!) days.

Complaint Handling on Google
β β β β β Very bad experience with the AMAC repairservice (now 4 times in a row). They always offer a replacement device against very high costs (e.g. for battery repair they claim bending or mechanical damage as blocking). Repair at other service providers however was done without any problems. I do not recommend to go to AMAC ever again! Go to Apple directly or Coolblue (the latter one is also cheaper in many cases and has much better after-sales support)

Went there to get support for my broken MacBook within warranty and they took it in, just to tell me later that they canβt do anything, since I didnβt buy it there. They told me over the phone that the store should not have taken it in, but they also will not send it back without charge.
End of the story? Either a bill over 600β¬ for a 1000β¬ Macbook or 80β¬ for sending it back. I called with the Apple Support and they told me that the date of contacting them about a problem is the date that counts. They knew before that they canβt help and still took it in to get some cash out of my situation.
