- Onjuiste voorlichting over medicijnen,
- Geen privacy - klanten staan halve meter achter je te wachten,
- Als bestelling niet lukt nemen ze geen contact op maar wachten totdat je de bestelling op komt halen om dit mede te delen,
- Reageren laconiek als je aan de balie aangeeft iets vervelend te vinden,
- Geen reactie op klacht via de mail
Van vrienden hoor ik eenzelfde verhalen: Weggestuurd worden omdat ze een product niet hebben, blijken het bij latere navraag toch te hebben. Onprettige dienstverlening en het gevoel niet serieus genomen te worden als ze ergens mee komen. Lange wachttijden en wachtende klanten staan bovenop de klanten die geholpen worden.
Positief: mooie apotheek, goede locatie
Negative:
- incorrect information about medicines,
- No privacy - customers are waiting half a meter behind you,
- If order is unsuccessful, they will not contact you but wait until you pick up the order to notify you,
- Respond laconically if you indicate at the desk that you find something annoying,
- No response to complaint via email
I hear the same stories from friends: Being sent away because they don't have a product turns out to have it afterwards. Unpleasant service and the feeling of not being taken seriously when they come up with something. Long waiting times and waiting customers are on top of the customers that are served.
Positive: nice pharmacy, good location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een super fijne apotheek! Er is altijd optimale service en iedereen doet zijn uiterste best. Niets is teveel. Zéér klantvriendelijk en ook nog eens heel fijn dat je er óók op de zaterdag terecht kan! Erg blij met deze apotheek!
A super nice pharmacy! There is always optimal service and everyone does their utmost. Nothing is too much. Very customer-friendly and also very nice that you can also go there on Saturdays! Very happy with this pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy chain in beautiful old building in the centre of Den Bosch, selling prescribed drugs as well as various other health, ageing and beauty products. Parking in this area is rather difficult but it is a short walk from several parking garages and from the bus/train station.
