β β β β β I contacted the store by email beforehand on the availability of certain iPhones to be viewed in store, and was told that it was not at all a problem. When we arrived in the physical store we were rudely told that they didn't have one of the models and that the other one was certainly not available for viewing, even though they had it in store. Their solution for comparing the sizes of the requested models was to bring out corresponding cases, after which they made the case and its features the main topic of the conversation. Horrible experience for my grandfather, who already found it difficult to go shopping for a smartphone.

β β β β β I have ordered the power supply for my mac. By phone we have agreed that I will need VAT invoice. Upon arrival, I was in a hurry, but agreed that I will send information for the invoice. Unfortunately, I have received only the cash receipt. Asked the shop to correct it, but they were not willing to send me an invoice. In my opinion they care about the customer when one is willing to pay money. After that, they do not care anymore. I strongly discourage shopping there and definitely discourage any oral agreements. .
