★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte ervaringen met de apple store. Welliswaar zal de winkel zelf er niet alles aan kunnen doen, maar desalnietemin zit ik met ontevredenheid. Bijna 2 weken moeten wachten om een batterij te laten vervangen. Bleek de batterij al eens vervangen te zijn, dus konden ze deze niet vervangen (wist ik niet, iphone was refurbished gekocht). Maar mn kosten voor het vervangen ben ik kwijt. 2 weken mn telefoon kwijt, en betaald, maar nog niets opgeschoten.
Anyway, heb zelf de batterij maar vervangen met een online bestelde batterij.
Toen ik het scherm uit de iphone had gehaald bleek dat er geen plakrand om de rand van de telefoon zat.
Dit betekend dat of dat de iphone niet open is geweest door de technischi daar, dan snap ik niet goed waarom ik geen restitutie krijg van mijn geld. Of de iphone is open geweest, maar er is geen nieuwe plakrand terug gezet. In beide gevallen vind ik de service dermate slecht, dat ik niet terug zal gaan voor een reparatie
 Bad experiences with the apple store. It is true that the store itself will not be able to do everything about it, but nevertheless I have dissatisfaction. Had to wait almost 2 weeks to have a battery replaced. It turned out that the battery had already been replaced, so they couldn't replace it (I didn't know, iphone was bought refurbished). But I lost my costs for the replacement. Lost my phone for 2 weeks, and paid, but nothing progressed yet.
Anyway, replaced the battery yourself with an online ordered battery.
When I took the screen out of the iPhone, it turned out that there was no sticky edge around the edge of the phone.
This means that or that the iphone has not been opened by the technician there, then I do not understand why I do not get a refund of my money. Or the iPhone has been open, but no new adhesive edge has been put back. In both cases I think the service is so bad that I will not go back for a repair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je van je geld af wil moet je daar zijn, water in mijn iphone 4 maanden oud (is water dicht zeggen ze) maar oke, ze zeiden verkoop deze iphone terug en dan kan je een nieuwe kopen voor €500. Wat blijkt dus voor €10 kunnen laten repareren bij de Applemeneer in Haelen!
If you want to get rid of your money you have to be there, water in my iphone 4 months old (is water tight they say) but okay, they said sell this iphone back and you can buy a new one for € 500. What turns out to be able to have it repaired for € 10 at the Applemeneer in Haelen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag bij de winkel langs geweest voor mijn laptop. Ik werd snel geholpen. Alleen werd er vertelt dat ze per 20 minuten 12 euro in kosten brengen voor het nakijken van mijn laptop prima. Maar vervolgens krijg je te horen dat waarschijnlijk de smc kapot is, terwijl ik zelf dacht dat er misschien teveel stof zit bij de ventilator. Maar dat was totaal niet het geval volgens de medewerker volgens hem was de moederbord waarschijnlijk beschadigd en zou de kosten 500 euro zijn en nog het laten nakijken door apple kost nog eens 75 euro. Hierdoor was ik helemaal in shock dacht dat ik mijn halve nier moest afgeven. Hele dag gelijk ook verpest. Maar ik dacht ik ga toch ergens anders proberen voordat ik het op laat sturen. Dit heb ik ook gedaan met het resultaat dat ik mijn macbook alleen stofvrij hoefde te maken. Conclusie: de medewerkers zijn lief maar hebben totaal geen flauw benul wat ze daar aan het doen zijn.
Visited the store today for my laptop. I was helped quickly. Only they said that they charge 12 euros per 20 minutes to check my laptop fine. But then you are told that the smc is probably broken, while I myself thought that there might be too much dust near the fan. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanmiddag in AMAC/Apple Centre geweest, had n probleem met mijn IPhone, had hier veel stress van, hij werkte na een software-update niet meer. Sales-Manager Nick heeft het voor mij opgelost, nemen alle tijd voor je, Super hartstikke bedankt!
Went to AMAC/Apple Center this afternoon, had a problem with my IPhone, got a lot of stress from this, it stopped working after a software update. Sales Manager Nick solved it for me, he takes all the time for you, thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amac is the only APR around here, so choice is easy if you ever need help with your Apple products.
Went there to upgrade the RAM on a MacBook Pro. All parts where in stock, even though the MBP is 5 years old. All staff there are very polite, al willing to answer all your questions.
I asked to install the parts for me, which they did without any cost! 3 hours later I was called back that the MBP was ready to pick up!
Super service, from super friendly people. Only point of comment when I was in the store that the AC was on full whilst it wasn't that warm outside, so besides a waste of energy also rather chilly and uncomfy inside!

Good luck with the business Amac.
P.S: Repairlab in Eindhoven didn't have this problem.
