The editing interface is comfortable and very efficient, and they send you your transcript very quickly. I like very much to be able to download with specifications on what you want to include in your transcript or in what kind of format.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using this application to transcribe instructional projects for application development using java script. Naturally, technical language is used, and some idioms typical of the jargon of the developers. With the tool the work has been extraordinary, it could be said that the transcription has a fidelity of 85 percent. I highly recommend it. I would only suggest a more extensive text editor with things like bullets, highlighters, and shapes to take text to another level.
