A	Anna dG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard that the food is impressive. We order the 3 surprice course menu. It was good but not that i would remember it for long time. Service was good. The only issue we had with my desert. The group was bigger and my desert arrived not fully done. I could see difference - lack of some fruits. Such things should not happen in such class resturant.

M	Milo Beliën on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff with quite a few different flavours but sadly not the "modern" flavours you see elsewhere, when you walk in you think there are a lot of options but a lot of them are duplicates. Ice-cream also had some ice crystals in them which means they were frozen and re used later. Overall its a nice place to get a quick ice cream but there are definitely better places sadly not around this location.

I've got coeliac disease so restaurants are always a tricky business (i.e. I never actually try them), but this chef has my full confidence and immediately knew what had to be done! The service was also extremely helpful with the condition. As for the suite: Very nice - annoyingly better wifi than back home
T	Timmy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 1.75 euro for one tiny scoop of ice cream, this is exactly the tourist trap you'd expect it to be. Perhaps I've been spoiled in Bruges (BE) by Gelateria Da Vinci where you pay the same price for double the portions and much richer taste - and definitely a lot fresher. But okay, I get it, it's an island. Logistics are more of a challenge I guess. That doesn't explain the complete incompetence of the staff here though. The friendly but clumsy guy could not answer any of my ice cream related questions, didn't have a clue about the flavours on the sign outside and failed to provide an alternative to the flavours that weren't available anymore. Two out of six flavours we wanted were unavailable, which defeats the purpose of the sign with checkmarks next to the available flavours. And the toppings, of which one wasn't available, weren't exactly generous for its 50 cent. Our clumsy (but still friendly!) waiter made a complete mess of the chocolate dip and provided the wrong dip on another ice cream. Nonetheless, our overpriced ice cream was quite enjoyable and we had a great day on Schiermonnikoog.

F	F C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I stayed here recently for two days and it was probably one of the nicest places we ever stayed. We were allowed to have our dog who was fully accommodated by the staff, the food was absolutely incredible, and whenever we had any problems the staff helped us out. My brother is a celiac and so he couldn't eat the food there, but the kitchen still wanted to heat the food he brought with him and offered that he could join them in the kitchen and supervise. He ended up not feeling like this was necessary because the head chef knew everything about his condition already and how to handle the kitchen properly to prevent cross contamination. I've never felt compelled to write a review before but our experience here was really special, we are definitely coming back! The kindest hotel and kitchen staff I've ever met.
