Update: replied to their customer service about the product issue I had.
Update 2: I attached images of the poor quality (at least in my opinion) - the tiny white feathers are breaking apart from the coat and are a pain to remove from the shirt underneath. To be fair, they offered to help but since I lost the receipt (and paid with cash) they didn't.
