β β β β β Purchased some items for my father in law, asked the place if refunds would be possible. Was told all good, paid on my Amex came back to refund two items due to size issues and was given Cash back. This didn't work as I am travelling from the UK. So taking Euros back did not work as I was leaving. Why is ok to take payment on my card but unable to refund on the same card. The manager said I agree this is not good but I can do nothing for you. In the end he took my email and said he would come back to me with a resolution after speaking to his head office. Awaiting contact.
