First made a mistake with the color (gel ) i went home and came back one day after since i just hated the color, asked to change it, and even agree to pay with the discount for it. When I wanted to choose another color the service provider said its either original color or nothing at all and when I asked why is it matter, he kicked me out of the store. Never ever go there!

They did my nail color, they left parts of my nails white, I went the next day on a Friday to tell them what happened and they gave me an appointment for the following Monday. When I went to fix my nails they told me that they didn't fix them because it was my fault. The girl who had to fix them was very rude to me. She would never return to this place. 0 RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here’s the thing: they do amazing acrylic nails. Best in the city, at least for shape. Agree with the other reviews re: horrible service and they basically never record reservations.
As in, make a reservation and show up at your designated time. There’s a 90% chance you have to wait an hour anyway, and they’ll be less than honest about when they can actually start working on you (when they say 15 minute wait, they mean an hour).
They just raised their prices making them more expensive than other nail salons in the area, but don’t ask for nail art.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good pedicure: my feet were well taken care of and so soft for a very long time. Like way softer than other salons. This employee really knows what he’s doing. Nails were also beautiful.
Nobody is really talking or anything (I have read the other reviews about service), but personally I don’t mind at all. I like having my feet done in a massage chair with my eyes closed, without small talk.
