★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO TAX REFUND! I was Visiting Amsterdam and purchased a coat from the store. When I asked about the VAT refund, I was told that I could get a tax refund at the airport. At the airport, I was told that this particular store doesn't return VAT to tourists. i called the store and was told that they don't do that because "it's a lot of work". Would have been nicer to know this at the time of purchase.
As for the store, cute little boutique with decent clothing and housewares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online shop looks super nice and has small but good selection of interior accessories. However, I am not happy at all with my shopping experience. I ordered something online and never received an order confirmation - even though my credit card got charged. I wrote them an email asking to help me out but I never received an answer. So after a while I decided to call the shop directly and they told me every time they would check what happened and solve the issue. Once I even had the boss on the phone who promised me to get back to me on the same day. But nothing happened, even after I called there three times. So after more than a month of waiting for feedback from the shop I decided to contact my credit card issuer in order to get my money back.
I really hope the shop owners take my feedback serious and improve their online shop and customer service - otherwise I can't recommend this online shop to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet another concept store. This is in the heart of De Pijp, on a street that has about 8 of those stores in a row. Funny how they survive :) selling the same little cute items that look irresistible in the store, and just build clutter at home :). It is a great stroll along the street to visit them all as if it is a gallery or museum visit. The only difference is that you can touch and even buy everything here:)
