★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hebben mij een kapot scherm gegeven. Kon direct terugkomen om het op te lossen. Hun briljante oplossing was: geef het scherm terug en ga naar huis zonder je geld. Ze hebben mij dus 140 euro afhandig gemaakt zonder dat ik daar iets voor terug heb gekregen.
 Have given me a broken screen. Could come back immediately to fix it. Their brilliant solution was: give the screen back and go home without your money. So they made 140 euros off me without getting anything in return.

Aangezien ik mijn bestelling dringend nodig had, even een mail gestuurd hoelang het zou duren, daar kreeg ik dezelfde dag nog antwoord op, en kreeg mijn bestelling de volgende dag in huis! Een aanrader!
Ordered a new display on Monday because mine was broken.
Since I needed my order urgently, just sent an email how long it would take, I received a reply the same day, and my order arrived the next day! Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ik heb op de website van aml telecom een camera voor mijn telefoon gekocht, type samsung galaxy s3 i9300.
na het monteren van de camera blijkt deze niet te werken, na het terugplaatsen van mijn 'oude' camera werkt het wel. (er zit vuil in de lens)
ik kon de camera komen opruilen bij de winkel, dus heb dit gedaan.
thuis heb ik mijn nieuwe exemplaar gemonteerd, ook deze werkte niet.
kortom, slechte kwaliteit onderdelen.
I bought a camera for my phone on the AML Telecom website, type Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300.
after mounting the camera it appears not to work, after replacing my 'old' camera it does work. (there is dirt in the lens)
I could come and exchange the camera at the store, so I did this.
I mounted my new one at home, it didn't work either.
in short, poor quality parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt waardeloos! Koop hier niks! De positieve reacties zijn waarschijnlijk gewoon oplichters. Toen ik zelf wat ging bestellen, heb ik ook eerst recensies opgezocht. Daar stonden veel slechte tussen, maar ook een paar goed. Maar ach, ik wilde dat hoesje dus toch maar gewoon besteld. Inmiddels 2 mails en 20 dagen verder en nog niks ontvangen!! Geen telefoonhoesje! Geld kwijt! En geen reactie op de mailtjes.
Really worthless! Don't buy anything here! The positive responses are probably just scammers. When I started to order something myself, I first looked up reviews. There were many bad ones in between, but also some good ones. But hey, I just wanted to order that case. Meanwhile 2 mails and 20 days further and nothing received !! No phone case! Lost money! And no response to the emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kreeg van AML Telecom een niet functionerende telefoon accu geleverd. Bij het retoursproces is mijn envelop met daarin de accu verdwenen. Vervolgens blijkt de klantenservice niet verder te kunnen komen dan te constateren dat het product nog niet is geretourneerd. Dat er door deze firma met geen woord gerept wordt over een mogelijke oplossing dan wel tegemoetkoming getuigt niet van klantvriendelijkheid en oplossingsgericht werken in mijn ogen. Overigens weten zij mij wel erg goed te bereiken met een factuur. Ik heb dus nu geen functionerende accu en ik ben mijn aankoopbedrag kwijt. UPDATE: het product is toch ergens gevonden. Status is gewijzigd naar retour. Ik krijg mijn geld terug. Wederom is dit niet aan mij teruggekoppeld per mail. Voor mij was dit eens, maar nooit weer!
I received a non-functioning telephone battery from AML Telecom. During the return process my envelope containing the battery disappeared. Subsequently, the customer service appears to be unable to go further than ascertaining that the product has not yet been returned. The fact that this company does not say a word about a possible solution or allowance does not testify to customer friendliness and solution-oriented work in my eyes. By the way, they know how to reach me very well with an invoice. So now I don't have a functioning battery and I have lost my purchase amount. UPDATE: the product has been found somewhere. Status has been changed to return. I'm getting my money back. Again this has not been fed back to me by email. For me this was once, but never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service. Twee accu's besteld. Er werd één defecte accu geleverd. Na mail contact met de klantenservice een adres toegestuurd gekregen waar de defecte accu naar retour gestuurd kon worden. Naar de gemaakte verzendkosten kon ik in eerste instantie fluiten, omdat dit alleen vergoed wordt als ze een verkeerd artikel toesturen. Na veel gezeur maken ze nu alsnog een gedeelte van de gemaakte kosten over. Schande!!
Bad service. Two batteries ordered. One defective battery was supplied. After mail contacting customer service an address was sent to which the defective battery could be returned. I was initially able to whistle about the shipping costs incurred, because this is only reimbursed if they send the wrong item. After much whining they still make a portion of the costs incurred over. Shame!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bende criminelen! Helft van mijn bestelling was niet aangekomen, en van de andere helft was een deel verkeerd. Na hen te hebben gemaild en getelefoneerd, lieten ze weten dat ze de rest zouden opsturen, maar dit werd nooit gedaan, nadien nog een 2de maal geprobeerd, opnieuw niets. De mensen behandelen je respectloos en geven letterlijk geen F om jouw. Dit soort bedrijven moeten ze de grond instoppen!
Gang of criminals! Half of my order had not arrived, and part of the other half was wrong. After emailing and calling them, they said they would send the rest, but this was never done, then tried a second time, again nothing. People treat you disrespectfully and literally don't care about you. They have to destroy these types of companies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and dodgy company policy.
I ordered headphones from Aml on December 5, 2013. There was a problem with the headphones (they were marked by the bag that came with them). I wanted to return them and have my money returned to me.
On December 9, I tried to call them on the 2 numbers I found on their website. The first number went straight to voicemail and there was no answer when I called the second. I wrote them an email.
Aml refused to refund me even though I was within the 14 day return period. They didn't respond to my last email which I sent on December 11 (it's now December 19).
I wrote a review of their terrible service and posted it on their Facebook page. They deleted it without responding to it. I have since posted another message on their wall about this bad practice.
No answer when you call them, poor response when you email them, dodgy company policy and terrible customer service overall.
I would strongly urge anyone not to purchase from Amltelecom.
