About Amstelkerk
Een aantal van de panden die we hebben gered, hebben een tweede leven gekregen als locatie voor culturele activiteiten en zakelijke events. Zo kan er bijvoorbeeld vergadert worden in de maritieme en industriële setting van Museum ’t Kromhout. Of gedineerd worden in het Amsterdamse School theater ’t Zonnehuis in Amsterdam-Noord. U kunt een theatervoorstelling of concert organiseren in één van de vele kerken die we gerestaureerd hebben, zoals De Duif, de Vondelkerk, de Posthoornkerk of de Amstelkerk. Ook kan er volop getrouwd worden in alle locaties. We verwelkomen jaarlijks veel blije bruiden en bruidegoms in onze locaties, zoals de Schellingwouderkerk, maar ook iets verder buiten de stadsgrenzen, zoals de Van Houtenkerk in Weesp, het Seinwezen in Haarlem en de Grote Kerk van Schermerhorn. Mogelijkheden te over.
Door te kiezen voor een Stadsherstel locatie blijven deze rijksmonumenten geopend voor het publiek en kan Stadsherstel dit cultureel erfgoed bewaren. Dus: laat u inspireren!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could hardly believe when we went to see Bugge Wesseltoft last night that there were not enough seats at the venue. A crowd of about 20, including some elderly, were forced to stand for the entirety of the concert at the back when there was plenty amount of space for chairs.
I sincerely hope this was a mistake by the organisers and that it doesn't regularly happen that the venue sells more tickets than it has seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for a small singing venue, the location is convenient. Inside the building is very charming and charismatic with a really tall ceiling. Has a art work hanging on the walls and gives you a sense of Amsterdam history. Its not very big but was good for our visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This church, which is constructed of wood - a rarity in Amsterdam - and hosts concerts & art exhibitions, boasts delicately carved acanthus-topped columns and matching ceiling consoles. The height of the ceiling in the crossing breaks what would otherwise be a perfect cube. With its finely proportioned windows, this intimate little building has the grace and style of a very fine jewelry box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for a piano concert and loved it. Lovely building, great atmosphere, nice interior and good acoustics. Ideal place for an intimate concert.
Beautiful location overlooking the canal. Street parking in the direct vicinity. Closest tram stop is on Vijzelstraat, about a 12 minute walk ?♀️ to the venue.
