★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat Rituals heel leuk doet is om geregistreerde klanten te verrassen met een verjaardagscadeautje. In dit geval een douche olie. Het is alleen zo jammer dat het allemaal vrouwengeuren zijn. Op de vraag of hier soepel mee omgegaan kon worden was het antwoord in de winkel simpelweg: nee. Ik moet maar contact opnemen met de klantenservice. De volgende dag gebeld met de klantenservice. Ik kan 10% krijgen op een volgende bestelling. Moet ik dus een bestelling t.w.v. 85 euro om 8.50 korting te krijgen, hetgeen gelijk is aan de waarde van de douche olie. Ik weet, je krijgt het maar. Toch is het een teleurstellende oplossing. Waarom niet gewoon 8,50 korting op mijn bestelling uit de mannenlijn? Gemiste kans Rituals. Jullie marketing is mooi, ziet er gelikt uit en probeert je een merk beleving mee te geven. Wat in eerste instantie lukt en dan doen jullie deze weer volledig teniet om zoiets lulligs als dit. Wat een deceptie Rituals!
 What Rituals really likes is to surprise registered customers with a birthday present. In this case a shower oil. It's just such a shame that they are all women's fragrances. When asked whether this could be handled smoothly, the answer in the store was simply: no. I just need to contact customer service. Called customer service the next day. I can get 10% on a next order. So do I have to place an order worth 85 euros to get a discount of 8.50, which is equal to the value of the shower oil. I know you get it. Still, it's a disappointing solution. Why not just 8.50 discount on my order from the men's line? Missed opportunity Rituals. Your marketing is beautiful, looks slick and tries to give you a brand experience. What works at first and then you completely destroy it again for something as silly as this. What a deception Rituals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte sevice telefonisch onbereikbaar voor klachten na 3weken nog geen bestelling ontvangen. Rituals geeft geen gehoor heel slecht.
Very bad service, unreachable by phone for complaints, no order received after 3 weeks. Rituals does not listen very badly.

En het gaat niet snel,, uuhm wacht wel op hun Facebook pagina. Als je daar klaagt zijn ze er binnen 5 min
It's a shame that you're being turned away like that.
And it's not going fast, uuhm wait for their Facebook page. If you complain there they are there within 5 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a web order of a perfume diffuser and perfume for the diffuser. Having paid (!!!) I received a mail informing me that part of my order was not shipped!!! The company denied to cancel my whole order as it was useless without the cancelled product (the perfume). They forced me to wait almost 2 months for a refund for their mistake. Abusive policies BEWARE!!!!
