★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware. We bought the wrong tickets and wanted a refund, but the guy in the train ticket booth (and also the women in the train info booth) would not give a refund. Has grey hair and glasses. Acted plain rude and gave no reason whatsoever for why he wouldn't refund (because he could if he had wanted). Would not show the rules that showed that we couldn't have a refund. Eventually we took the Metro (which has nice people in their ticket booth btw) to Central Station and got our refunds there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amsterdam-Zuid WTC (World Trade Centre) is a very busy and very useful train, tram and metro station. It is the end point of the current North-South subway line M52, great point to switch trains to go to almost anywhere in Amsterdam. It also gives walking access to Amsterdam’s premier business district, the Zuidas. There are a few convenience restaurants and shops as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Through this station you can get trains to the airport or subway to the city centre. You also have a range of buses that take you to different places.
The ticket for a single journey on the subway is 3.70 euros and the ticket for the airport is 4 euros.
There are services from early morning till late evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can get incredibly busy during the peak. Let's hope the new Metro M52 line will ease the crowding at this station when it opens. I do like how this station is surrounded by uniquely designed office buildings. Offers good bus, metro and tram connections too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A train station with a lot of connections to bus, metro and tram. At the moment it looks bland and boring, but in a couple of years, the station will be completely transformed with more entrances and better connections to tram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to make your systems more visitor friendly. Simple trip to airport cost me over 40 EUROS because machines would only sell me a chip card that had to have 30 euros on it. I don't come to Amsterdam that often. Think about those that dont live here to please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well located and convenient station. Multiple entries make this a great station to board at. The entrances all have good amount of bicycle parking to ensure you can securely store you bike while on a day trip. There are elevators for the disabled people. There is seating inside to beat the elements. There are vending machine on the platform for food, drinks and even mass. Multiple screen across the station to get a quick update on when your train reaches. On average a really good station in comparison to the other stations around.
Great connections to the airport and east towards Almere. Relatively high frequency of trains and is one of the stops of inter-city trains which makes it a great option when traveling longer distances.
