★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered there last monday around 9.00 pm and the pasta were not fresh at all! Since this meal (pasta carbonara) my partner is sick since 4 days. So nope, I don't recommend a "restaurant" trying to keep and sell outdated food instead of getting rid of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julia's at Amsterdam South station I a nice place for a quick bite. They prepare your pasta of choice fresh in front of you and service is mostly quick. Price is fair and not to expensive, about 7€ a person you have a good meal. You can either eat it at Julia's bar or take it on the go. Good taste and fresh ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever, too much price for just boiled pasta with some spinach. I asked for olio something which is vegetarian pasta and i get this. I am pretty sure this is not what i have asked for. Less cheese. Less attentive to customers to complete fast service.

I highly recommend either the Penne Bolognese or Penne Pesto Pello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pasta Carbonara and friendly service. It would be 5 stars if had a recycling bin outside to put food containers in. Also you really should advertise that you do pasta! I walked past this place multiple times previously but didn't fancy a cold sandwich as that is the picture you have on the sign!
