★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op de website staat bij btw-vrij zilver dat op het moment dat je dit zilver uit het entrepot wilt halen, je 21% btw dient te betalen plus de inklaringskosten. Je zou denken dat het afhalen van gekocht zilver dus mogelijk is. Ook kun je op de website terugvinden dat pas als zilver vanuit het douane-entrepot in Nederland wordt ingevoerd, er btw zal worden geheven. Maar dat dit echter niet zal voorkomen, TENZIJ je daar ZELF voor kiest. Het kan dus wel.
Dit klopt echter niet. Na verloop van tijd wilde ik mijn btw-vrije zilver uit het depot halen, maar mij werd verteld dat dit nooit! mogelijk is voor btw-vrij zilver. Wel betaal ik uiteraard kosten voor het plaatsen van mijn zilver en de opslag. Kortom, je bent verplicht je zilver terug te verkopen aan AmsterdamGold en krijgt je zilver nimmer in handen al zou je dat willen!
 The website states for VAT-free silver that when you want to remove this silver from the warehouse, you have to pay 21% VAT plus the clearance costs. You would think that it is possible to collect purchased silver. You can also find on the website that only when silver is imported from the customs warehouse into the Netherlands, VAT will be charged. But that this will not happen, UNLESS you choose for it YOURSELF. So it is possible.
However, this is incorrect. In time I wanted to get my VAT free silver from the deposit, but I was told never! possible for VAT-free silver. I do of course pay costs for placing my silver and storage. In short, you are obliged to sell your silver back to AmsterdamGold and you will never get hold of your silver if you wanted to!
