★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The support team responded quickly and they don't make the user wait for a long period of time before they fix the issue. I love the way they provide their assistance and they sound very respectful when they exchange emails with me.
I have to say that the support team of bitsafe are doing their job properly not just that, they deserve commendation for even exceeding what we expect from them.
I will rate the support 10/10 when a very high satisfaction rate. I commend you guys keep up the good work !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been through the pain of applying for similar electronic banking products, I was very pleasantly surprised with the speed with which my application was handled. Despite the fact that the process was automated, support was not. Any queries or questions were handled by a person with a name and when I found myself with an unexpected tight deadline it felt as if the BitSafe team owned my problem and assisted with successful resolution with time to spare, including email updates on a Sunday. I have not had time to use the app extensively enough to provide a full review. Depending upon your usage, the small charges do add up as a heavy user but the anonymity and ease of use make this a great card for everyday use and again, the best support and Onboarding team I have encountered. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria Zwart was a big help. She was able to resolved my problem. She provided detailed explanation and solution. All I wish is that Bitsafe has many Marias to assist customers at the earliest. It took me weeks before getting assisted. Thank you still, Bitsafe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say that the quality of this application is good. But the support helped quickly and in a timely manner. I was not left alone with application problems. Helped to solve everything. However, I still cannot log into the application from a mobile phone and the face ID does not work at all. You decide.
