★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fix, rent or buy, this is the place! I am from out of the country and wanted to buy a bike. I emailed and Bojan kindly responded quickly to my questions. Once in town, Bojan and his staff spent hours with my going through my options. They really wanted to make sure I got the best bike and to be sure I was satisfied. In the end they ended up even packing it up for me and dropping it at my hotel. Really amazing service all around. I really can't recommend this place highly enough. During my time there I saw them go above and beyond for everyone who came in - helping people after hours, helping folks with every little thing as promptly and professionally as possible. Top notch!

I brought my bike to the store with the intention of purchasing a new bike that was lighter in weight but the manager was kind enough to show me if I removed my basket, my bike would be equally as lightweight as any new bike. He also adjusted my headlight and replaced my backlight free of charge. Absolutely amazing customer service!

The Bikes were in great condition. The contract is fair and you can take it with or without insurance. Staff was super friendly and took our bikes back within 1 minute. None of the usual “there is a scratch”.
Easy,trustful,fair - will recommend it to my friends :)
(Since it’s a cyclist city: only take a bike when you know how. Otherwise it will only be an unpleasant experience)

Karim took great care of me and my friends, he took all the necessary time, showed us every bike we liked, let us try them all, he was patient and extremely kind!
I was amazed about his technical knowledge. Best customer service ever! Don’t waste your time, come here and enjoy the experience of getting the best service, attention and bike, all in one place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a bike - look no further. Everyone was truly lovely, made a real effort to find what I was looking for and didn't laugh at stupid questions. Showed bike locking mechanism seventeen times, give or take, because I kept doing it wrong. They have a great range of bicycles, patience and make sure everyone leaves happy. 10/10, recommend.
