★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live quite close to this place on the busy Voorstraat, but never checked it out because - at a glance - it looked like a ready-made, take-away spot, which isn't really my thing. Not long ago they did a concept change/upgrade, giving the small interior a real (and really nice) 'restaurant' vibe where you can sit and eat, and installing a wood-burning oven to cook their signature kebabs. I tried it out early last week and have eaten there TWICE more since then (once take-away, which they still do along with delivery). The food is absolutely awesome: deliciously tender + flavourful meat, beautiful accompanying sauces, and lots of very fresh vegetables. And all quite reasonably priced. My favourite, the chicken-thigh kebabs. They have good vegetarian options too. Oh, and the people who run the place and serve there are delightful. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super delicious Turkish food. We had lamb "Iskender" and an eggplant dish. Both were amazing. It was so good that I forgot to take pictures;-)
The desserts were also very good. I preferred the pistachio one.

Actually we felt like being ripped off here, I ordered some starter mix which was barely enough for 1 person (for €28) but at the end they charged us double this price! For sure it was not price worthy! We could have two main dishes AND a salade in the same restaurant and then ending up with a bill €11 less compared to this nonsense starter mix!!
Additionally, some staff were treating us very strangely and impolitely..
We do NOT recommend this place at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a nice lunch here! We sat outside and were able to catch some sun, and sat under the heaters when the sun disappeared behind clouds. We had the Adana and Çağ ANArols, both bursting with flavor, and a Turkish coffee that was fragrant and just the right amount of bitter. And the cherry on top: the staff was a delight, so friendly and obviously passionate about their place. We’ll definitely be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The soup we ordered was quite nice, but the rest was tasting a bit less as nice as expected based on a rating they had of 4.8, but maybe we just didn’t ordered the right dish. The food from the next table looks nicer than ours. I had the vegetarian eggplant dish and it was okish, and the lamb salad was quite boring, meat was a bit dry. Dessert was ok also.
