★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oplichters! Patrick en zijn vrouw Anclair waren de aankoopmakelaars van onze eerste woning. Buiten het feit dat ze bijzonder weinig voor ons gedaan hebben, is nog veel kwalijker dat ze ons nog steeds geld schuldig zijn. Nadat we ons huis hadden gekocht lieten ze niks meer van zich horen. Na verschillen e-mails en telefoontjes (voicemail) met het verzoek het verschuldigde bedrag terug te storten, werd er pas opgenomen toen ik vanaf een ander nummer belde. Ik kreeg een smoesje te horen en nog steeds geen geld. Nu, een jaar later, hebben we het verschuldigde bedrag nog steeds niet ontvangen, maar kregen we wel bericht van nóg een gedupeerde van deze oplichters. We zijn dus niet de enige slachtoffers van deze oplichters. Niet mee in zee gaan!
 Fraudsters! Patrick and his wife Anclair were the purchasing agents for our first home. Apart from the fact that they have done very little for us, it is even worse that they still owe us money. After we bought our house, they did not hear from them again. After various e-mails and telephone calls (voicemail) with the request to refund the amount owed, it was only answered when I called from another number. I was told an excuse and still no money. Now, a year later, we still have not received the amount due, but we have received a message from another victim of these scammers. So we are not the only victims of these scammers. Do not join in the sea!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! Hired them as a buyers agent. Seems nice and knowledgable at first, but i would never ever go back or recommend at all. Big talk, and nothing behind it. Not a single property that was suggested, we basically did all the work searching on funda. Did nothing what was promised (like settlement report etc.), and still owes us money back since more than 5 months now. Basically stops responding on our repeated requests for the money he owes us, so it seems that this is a scheme of this firm, and how they make some nice extra cash. Since they are not part of NVM, which should have been a red flag right away, they are not accountable at all.
Do yourself a favour and go with someone that actually cares and works for you.
