Amin the agent from Incity Real Estate did a perfect job for us, In a difficult time during the COVID-19 pandemic, he managed to find good renters for the right price, He presented us a signed contract within 2 weeks. I recommended him to friends and he was succesfull for them too. Apparently they know their way in Amsterdam. The communication was clear and responsive. I am student in Amsterdam university, a couple of months a age, I find this valuable company, and then I asked them to find a not only reasonable but also comfortable home near zuidas area. They are really respectful and responsive. Whenever I send messages to their WhatsApp or other platform, they talk to me in a really appropriate way. Personally, if I want to find a home in next year of my education at this country, I will ask them to find a home. The most important think that I like about them is that they can speak in my mother tongue language, and it’s such enough for that I will ask them to help to find a home.

We are an American expat couple who moved to Amsterdam in July 2021. We found Amin online through an expat Facebook group in April, about 2.5 months before our move date. We were directed to the business website IncityRealEstate.nl to fill out a rental registration form. Shortly afterwards, Amin reached out by email and informed us of an available rental property in Amsterdam that met our budget and specifications. We set up a "virtual viewing" via WhatsApp video chat to do a walk-through while we were still living in California. During this appointment, the landlady was also present, and together, they answered all of my questions. We were asked to submit a rental application detailing our income and brief intro. Once our application had been accepted by the landlady, we were able to put down a deposit that is 1/2 of the total rental deposit. We did this through a wire transfer via an American bank. Closer to the move-in date, we wired the remaining rental deposit and the first month's rent and received a written/signed rental contract which was required for moving our household goods as well as immigration/visa. On the move-in/check-in date, Amin met up with us at the apartment. His check-in procedure was very professionally done and very thorough. He took photos of the utilities meters, which was really helpful later down the line when we sign up for utility contracts. The entire process with Amin @ IncityRealEstate was very professional and smooth. I think we got super lucky with Amin, who provided excellent and professional service for both the renter and the landlord.
