★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlicher und zunächst verbindlicher Erstkontakt. Hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und uns gut beraten. Leider nach ca. 1 Woche Warten auf das versprochene Angebot telefonisch eine Absage erteilt, ohne zumindest vorher mal das Angebot übermittelt zu haben. Wenn die Autragsbücher zu voll sind, dann wäre eine Erstbesichtigung für die wir uns ebenfalls Zeit nehmen mussten wohl nicht nötig gewesen!
Very friendly and first binding first contact. Has taken a lot of time for us and advised us well. Unfortunately, after about 1 week waiting for the promised offer by phone a rejection, without at least before the offer submitted. If the booklets are too full, then a first visit for which we also had to take time would probably not have been necessary!
