M	Marcus D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier kann es nur fünf Sterne geben. Eine solch freundliche, kompetente und individuelle Beratung habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt - einwandfrei! Meine Frau war schon vor Längerem auf das Unternehmen aufmerksam geworden, da wir auf der Suche nach einem für den Außenbereich geeigneten Kratzbaum waren. Über den abonnierten Newsletter kam nun noch das Angebot für ein "Weihnachtssondermodell". Da bei uns (fast) alles für die Katz ist bzw. gemacht wird, und der nächste Lockdown drohte, sind wir am dritten Adventswochenende kurzentschlossen zum Ladenlokal gefahren. Dort angekommen, fiel als Erstes positiv auf, daß das bestehende Hygienekonzept konsequent umgesetzt wird. Wir wurden nämlich zunächst gebeten, vor dem Laden zu warten, weil die maximal zulässige Personenzahl im Laden erreicht war. Beim Betreten des Geschäftes wurde uns sofort Beratung angeboten. Im Ergebnis bekamen wir das Weihnachtssondermodell bei kurzer Wartezeit neu zusammengestellt und den Kratzbaum für den Außenbereich konnten wir nach unseren örtlichen Gegebenheiten auch noch leicht individuell anpassen lassen. So erreicht man Kundenzufriedenheit :-) There can only be five stars here. I haven't seen such friendly, competent and individual advice in a long time - perfect! My wife had become aware of the company a long time ago as we were looking for a scratching post suitable for outdoor use. The offer for a "Christmas special model" came through the newsletter I subscribed to. Since (almost) everything is or is done for the cat with us, and the next lockdown was imminent, we went to the store on the third weekend in Advent. When we arrived there, the first thing we noticed was that the existing hygiene concept was being implemented consistently. We were initially asked to wait in front of the shop because the maximum number of people allowed in the shop had been reached. As soon as we entered the shop we were offered advice. As a result, we got the Christmas special model reassembled with a short waiting time and we could also have the scratching post for the outside area easily adapted to our local conditions. How to achieve customer satisfaction :-)

Da fahren wir definitiv noch Mal hin. Super nice advice and service, very fast shipping and easy assembly of our new scratching post. The 120km were definitely worth it. m	m. monti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe im Internet die Wohntonne Pharo gekauft. Der Bezug fusselt pausenlos, die Abstände der Kratzstämme stimmen nicht überein. Einzig die Bodenplatte ist wirklich stabil. Sonst gibt es nichts gutes zu sagen. Totaler Fehlkauf, meine Katze macht einen großen Bogen darum. Meine Bewertung auf der Seite wurde erst gar nicht veröffentlicht, deshalb mache ich es hier. I bought the Pharo residential bin on the Internet. The cover is constantly linting, the distances between the scratching posts do not match. Only the base plate is really stable. Otherwise there is nothing good to say. Total bad buy, my cat gives it a wide berth. My rating on the site wasn't published in the first place, so I'm doing it here.
C	C J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier kann man qualitativ hochwertige Kratzbäume kaufen. Habe meinen Decken Kratzbaum seit 2008. Habe ihn 2 mal neu bezogen und 3 Sisal Säulen ausgetauscht. Denn geht mal was kaputt kann man hier immer die Teile neu kaufen anstatt einen komplett neuen Kratzbaum. Ich find das super! Schont den Geldbeutel und die Umwelt! Here you can buy high quality scratching posts. Have had my ceiling scratching post since 2008. I reupholstered it 2 times and replaced 3 sisal pillars. Because if something breaks you can always buy new parts instead of a completely new scratching post. I think that's great! Easy on the wallet and the environment!

Es geht immer schnell ist perfekt verpackt. Ich kaufe immer wieder gerne dort ein I've been ordering scratching posts, accessories, individual parts and small items from Clevercat's boutique for many years. The advice is excellent, detailed, patient, friendly, and it just always fits. Small personal change requests for the scratching posts are implemented without any problems. Wir haben dort schon mehrere Kratzbäume gekauft und sind super zufrieden, die Bäume sind einfach nicht kaputt zu kriegen, trotz 4 Katzen. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Kommen gerne wieder.
