N	Nick Nourie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard and his Animal Taxi worked out absolutely great for our trip from the Schiphol Airport to the Hook of Holland ferry terminal. His purpose-built van had room for the two of us up front plus a complete menagerie in back, although for us it was just our two cats. As I told Richard that day, his service made it possible to travel by ferry to Harwich, a normal taxi just would have been too expensive (requiring a large van with our cat crates) and not as dependable. For a trip that took us from MCI to RJK to AMS to Hook of Holland to Harwich to Ipswich and finally Ely England, the Animal Taxi was the least stressful part of the whole trip. I couldn’t recommend the Animal Taxi enough, truly a great service!

Animal Taxi made it really easy to book a ride, were very communicative on the day, and made the whole experience stress-free! They even offered us a heap of information about expat dog owners, vet services, etc. As well as having some sweet stories about other pets they have transported. Overall, Animal Taxi are animal lovers that truly care about making sure you and your pet/animal are happy. I’ll be using this service again in the future and highly recommend that you do the same.

The service goes much further than just transport. Richard is always willing to go the extra mile. He is very good with both cats and dogs, knows how tp read a dog properly and takes good care of animals and the volunteers escorting the animals. As Soi Dog Foundation we are more than pleased to recommend the services of Richard and his animal taxi.

When we called a few weeks before our flight to see if he could pick us up from the airport (at 9am no less so early in the morning) and drive us to our new place he made the process easy and stress-free. His fee is reasonable and he has crates in his van so we were able to ditch our GIANT crates that we had to get for international travel. He speaks English and talked to us on the way home, giving us helpful advice about our new city and telling us some local tips on where to take the dogs. He also gave us advice on what Facebook groups we should join for Expats with dogs. It was really nice! Great guy! Great Service!

Richard met my husband and the 2 large dogs he was traveling with at AMS then drove them all the way to Stuttgart, arriving after midnight. They had an opportunity to stretch their legs after their long flight and have a meal before continuing. They were checked on at intervals during the drive as well. Absolutely thrilled with this service!

The four of us needed a transfer from Amsterdam to Calais with alot of luggage, and we found Richard online. He is a very good communicator (I had a ton of questions before booking with him), and he answered all our texts. His driving is very safe and for 4 hours in the van together the time went by fast with a nice conversation. Richard's knowledge of animals and concern for their safety and well-being while in the car was much appreciated. I highly recommend this service.

He communicated with us the entire time before our scheduled ride, confirmed with us a few days prior to our trip, and then texted us the day of. I was a nervous wreck the day of our journey and all of the construction and closed roads next to our house didn’t help either. But Richard pulled up, super calm and relaxed, helped us with our bags and my doggy Frankie, and off we were to the airport. His calming energy helped all of us relax and he even found some trolleys/carts for all of our luggage. He is the nicest and most professional person I’ve ever met. Honestly, I will be recommending him to EVERYONE I know.

With no car we were stressed about the logistics but then found this wonderful service. Communication was a breeze, even in English. Pricing was very reasonable and agreed on right from the beginning. They were patient whilst we waited for final details and arrival times and so incredibly helpful. On the day they met us at the location well equipped, professional and enthusiastic. They also drove us home and Richard even sat in the back of the van with our dog to help keep him calm. We will definitely use their service again and would recommend them to anyone!
