Wanneer je je taxi vooraf bestelt, krijg je een vaste prijs voor je taxirit. Zo staat het tarief waarvoor je boekt vast en verandert niet meer gedurende de rit. Zelfs niet als je in de file terecht komt of als er werkzaamheden zijn. Je hoeft je dus nooit meer zorgen te maken over de taxikosten wanneer je je taxivervoer regelt bij Staxi.

Still they charged me for that ride that never happened and that I had to cancel due to app problems, I've been trying to contact them but I had no success so far in getting my money back.
