β β β β β Nice and cosy place. You can seat outside and enjoy the sun (if there's any) but I like it better inside, as I find the street a bit too noisy for me. Coffee is nice and cakes are good too, nothing out of the ordinary but definitely a good treat to enjoy. There are books and comfy seats and chairs where you can sit, sip your coffee and relax. I like the focaccias, not exactly what you find in Italy as a focaccia, but still a tasty bread with some filling. I would definitely recommend if you are around and want to relax for a moment.

β β β β β Always a big fan of Anne&Max in Eindhoven, the staffs are very friendly and kind. I recommend this place to many friends as the food is good quality. Last Tuesday, I took a friend there for a high tea and was very disappointed in their High Tea menu. We paid β¬21,50 per person but the food wasnβt that impressive. We asked for a vegetarian option, but there werenβt many options. I was very surprised. Therefore, please ask in advance before you order their high tea. I would recommend more their Breakfast for two - or just other dishes on their menu.

β β β β β Great place for brunch! The food is nice and healthy, the coffee is good, and the bakery and breads are especially amazing. Personnel and atmosphere are always nice, and they treat dogs really good!

β β β β β Very nice place with very kind staff. Generally, coffees are good. I like the cookies as well.
The atmosphere is is very nice. The decorations are very good. There are a few floors. At least I see 2 of them.
It is a really nice place for chat, study or hang out with friends.
Its location is wonderful, at the one of the most famous street.

β β β β β β€οΈ Lovely place. Still bit strange to charge extra for healthier and sustainable options. Why need to pay extra to have soya or oat INSTEAD of diary cow milk (which harms the environment)? Should be the other way around for a better planet I believe ?
Hopefully more sustainable and healthier plant-based defaults soon. So I can recommend some friends. Thanks! ??

β β β β β Delicious food in a pleasant, clean environment. I absolutely enjoyed the chai latte and devoured the pull pork sandwich with provolone cheese. Anne &Max is also a great spot for an out of office meeting or working remotely.
