Ha ha we zouden maandag 10 augustus vertrekken met Tui. Zelf hebben we al gezien en gehoord dat Tui de maandag vluchten heeft geschrapt. Op de vraag of we onze vlucht konden omboeken naar zondag 9 augustus krijgen we geen antwoord. Tot onze spijt kregen we van onze griekse vriendin te horen dat haar accommodatie dit jaar niet open gaat ( we zouden voor de 12e keer gaan ) Dus vakantieDiscounter DOE JE WERK voordat je mensen GELD afhandig maakt. En dan vervolgens na een paar dagen te melden dat je vakantie niet doorgaat en de mensen een VOUCHER wil geven. Dus mensen informeer eerst voordat je betaald. Zo controleert de organisatie de bij haar aangesloten reisaanbieders op de volgende zaken: Eerlijke voorwaarden, Financiële zekerheid, Veilig reizen, Kwaliteit reisbegeleiding, Goede klachtenafhandeling' Wat dus niet waar is. Kijk voor de grap eens online naar reviews van Travix (onder andere Budgetair, Cheaptickets en Vliegwinkel) vallen hieronder. Dit bedrijf is telefonisch niet bereikbaar, reageert nooit op e-mails en biedt dan ook geen goede klachtenafhandeling. Als ANVR als speerpunt zou hebben 'geen klachtenafhandeling', dan zou ook Travix hier thuis horen. Maar blijkbaar laat ANVR gewoon elk boekingsbureau toe dat hun jaarlijkse fee betaalt. Verder zal het hen - klaarblijkelijk - ook een zorg zijn. Chapeau! Een nietszeggend logo dat veel geld kost voor bedrijven en consumenten dus redelijk misleidt.
