arrogant staff who clearly have no knowlegde of the fitness industry. Gym is very outdated with poor choice of equipment. I was told I could not have a try out session and that 6 months is the minimun you can sign up for. There are much better gym's within walking distance that greet you with a smile.

Place comes across messy and not very modern and clean, unlike other branches of Anytime Fitness I’ve been to. There’s only one squat rack which doubles as a bench press, which is just too little given the business of this place. There are times you just cannot use it at all. I rather go to the branch near Oostplein or drive to Delfgauw or Capelle

Somebody impersonated me and sent an email wanting to join. No checks were done and money somehow went out of my account. After 3 months I realised there was a subscription and they've refused to give my money back, despite me never joining. The company never checks who is who.

I decided to join the gym due to the promise of being open 24 hours a day and because it's close to home, despite the gym being more than twice the price of other gyms. Terrible and arrogant staff that barely know something about fitness and nutrition. In fact I have seen how some staff members don't know how to perform exercises correctly. Even worse is how some staff members get into personal matters and even resort to gossipping, highly unprofessional. Besides the high montly fee you pay a quarterly fee of 15 euros for the so called'club improvements. Strange is how these improvements can not be done using the already high monthly fee. Having been a member for 4 years, I have barely seen any improvents. In fact some years have gone by without improvments, but you still pay the 15 euro fee each quarter. Basically free money for the management. The machines are modern and good. However the club is too small. They cant keep adding machines in the long run and with the space being so small it's way too crowded. Considering thr current pandemic, the club is too small to keep a safe distance from others. Also due to the small space, the machines can only be seen as basic at best when it comes to variety. They simply cannot add morr machines. A pluspoint is that the gym is accesible 24 hours a day. Lately the gym has been on a downward spiral, lacking maintenance. After being a member for 4 years, I decided to quit.If you are planning on joining, dont walk but run the other direction. Unfriendly staf, lack of knowledge, small gym and high price.

With a wide selection of good gyms in the area, it is not justifiable these days to charge such high prices. This gym is far too expensive and much too small. On top of that, you pay extra every six months for club improvement, which in the end nothing is done with in the club itself. Atmosphere hasn't gotten better over the years. This was different in the beginning (when the owner was still working here). After many years I made the decision to quit at this gym

I would never advise anyone to set foot in this place, my experience has been horrible in a place where you are supposed to pay for a service. I signed up a week before the lockdown and asked that they post the contract until they reopened the doors and they told me no!, for 6 months I was receiving incasso while the gyms were closed. I sent an email trying to unsubscribe and I had no reaction, they kept sending incasso every month, as a last option I decided to return the receipt and I received messages in the mail threatening to send the payment to an "incassobureau". When I finally managed to solve it (of course having to pay again) they sent me an official cancellation telling me that everything was already solved and I was discharged. Even so, the next day I look at my accounts and find a receipt for them again. FOR THOSE WHO DOUBT IT, I TOTALLY DISADVICE THIS GYM, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICES, EXPENSIVE AND THEY ONLY WANT TO CHARGE, THEY ASK YOU FOR MONEY FOR ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING THAT THEY CAN INVENT.

Stay away. I was first subscribed directly with this gym 3 years ago. Then I changed my contract via bedrijfsfitness. During the first lockdown, bedrijfsfitness put payment on pause like all the other gyms. Anytime fitness, however, just took payment anyway from my personal bank account. Each staffs there would give you a different answer but all not helpful at all. Eventually bedrijfsfitness helped me to resolved the issue. The equipments are old, no improvement has been done over the past years. They will only do their best to charge you.

I came to this gym during my holiday in rotterdam as i normally live and workout in maastricht, and to begin with i was immediately cat called at 6 in the morning by two men working out there. Besides that, a lot of machines were out of service or broken, the maintenance was not up to date and i saw absolutely no one clean a machine when they were done. I left after 15 minutes because i felt so extremely uncomfortable there.
