★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen week voor het eerst bij CrossFit Coolhaven getraind. Hele gezellige sfeer en goede training. Wat fijn was, is dat er alle niveaus zijn en je je als beginner of gevorderde altijd thuis voelt. De begeleiding is heel goed en er wordt veel nadruk gelegd op techniek en veiligheid wat bij CrossFit nog wel eens becritiseerd wordt.
 Last week trained for the first time at CrossFit Coolhaven. Very nice atmosphere and good training. What was nice is that there are all levels and you as a beginner or advanced always feel at home. The guidance is very good and a lot of emphasis is placed on technology and safety, which is sometimes criticized at CrossFit.

Ik heb hier mijn basis mogen leren voor o.a. de deadlift, squat en snatch. De trainers zijn experts en zijn tevens erg motiverend richting hun cliënten. Een echte aanrader voor ieder die graag in vorm wilt komen/blijven of voor wie gewoon het beste uit zichzelf willt halen. De eigenaar is daarnaast ook een topper.
Nicest and nicest crossfit in Rotterdam.
I was able to learn my basics here for the deadlift, squat and snatch. The trainers are experts and are also very motivating towards their clients. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get/stay in shape or for those who just want to get the best out of themselves. The owner is also top notch.

Very nice box with enthusiastic trainers and a nice group of people who work out there. Really feels like a family and meanwhile having fun working out and challenging yourself and getting stronger / fitter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took about a month's worth of classes while in Rotterdam, and it was great. The instructors know their stuff, and easily let me adapt my rickety old knees to their program. Looking forward to picking it back up when I return in the Spring.

Coach Danny was very friendly and developed an atmosphere during the training in which you feel comfortable as if you had been there for a long time. Thanks for the drop in.
