Bought a second hand bike from someone who got it from here. The bike was supplied to the original owner via their professional work contract as a company benefit. Following my purchase of it, the bike was taken apart for inspection. many short cuts were taken in the assembly of this bike from this store. It was clear this store understood the original owner knew nothing of bikes and took advantage. I feel the need to post a review as the bike was not safe to drive. Try any another local bike store in Maastricht, don’t trust this place.

They don't care about anything else than your money...
If you want to fix your bike they are going to say to you that your bike is completely broken and they will advice you to buy a new bike from them. If something like a screw is bit loose, they are going to say that "It is broken, you need a new one..hmm 50 euros for nothing".
If all the bike stores in the world are closed and this is the only open...I would prefer to walk than cycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, very rude staff and expensive too. I was just reading the reviews before posting mine but it looks like the shop owner and staff doesn't care at all.. Well they will be in Business because of the location but they will have to pay for their inhuman behaviour at some point of time for sure....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came to help me quickly and offered to fix my bike same day, HOWEVER they tried to convince me my outer tire was broken as well as the inner one. It of course was only the inner one and I got this fixed elsewhere. You're better off finding another bike shop with more honest employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was helped in purchasing a new bike with an incredible amount of patience and time. It was very hard for me to make a choice and I took a long time, the Belgian guy who helped me (for I think at least a full hour) was very helpful and humorous. I don't think I would have succeeded if he wasn't around, thanks!
