β β β β β GWK is facilitating cash deposits for SNS bank. It got compromised by Hackers in December 2019 and it took them until end of February 2020 to accept cash deposits. Today our cas deposit was refused. We were accused that we are laundering money. But the money was gifted to us at our wedding.
When asked for their names for a formal complaint, suddenly name tags disappeared and we were told that they lost them.

Customer service orientation: non existent
Some people should simply not work in customer facing positions.
