J	Jamal Devitto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat is Aon toch achteruit gegaan met zijn service. Ik wilde telefonisch een schade melden, lukte niet. Na ruim een half uur heb ik maar opgehangen, vervolgens via de website geprobeert, lukt weer niet. Wit scherm waar je niks mee kan. Vervolgens een mail gestuurd en gevraagd wat de alternatief was, geen reactie. Mijn inboedel en aansprakelijkheids verzekering ga ik maar afzeggen bij dit waardeloos bedrijf. How Aon has deteriorated with his service. I wanted to report a damage by phone, but was not successful. After more than half an hour I hung up, then tried via the website, again it doesn't work. White screen that you can't do anything with. Then sent an email and asked what the alternative was, no response. I'm going to cancel my contents and liability insurance with this worthless company.

At that moment it was unclear if my insurance was going to cover the procedures. I tried contacting the insurance both by e-mail and telephone and they were always extremely rude and impatient, almost as if they were mad at me because I got sick. It was a very stressful period since I got no answer whether my treatment was covered or not until the end of it. Once I received the invoice, they paid 100%.... I don't understand what all that drama was all about.
