★ ★ ★ ★ ★ regelmatig zitten meerdere cliënten te wachten, slechts 1 balie bezet, actief. Op de achtergrond wordt er druk heen en weer gelopen en gesproken zonder naar de "wachtruimte" te kijken. Ik vind de sfeer en beleving in deze apotheek afstandelijk. Vaak moet ik een 2e keer terugkomen omdat de medicijnen niet op voorraad zijn. Gelukkig hoef ik er niet wekelijks te zijn.

I find the atmosphere and experience in this pharmacy distant. I often have to come back a second time because the medicines are not in stock. Fortunately I don't have to be there every week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .Vandaag medicijnen uit de servi locker gehaald, bij thuiskomst zitten er behalve de eigen medicijnen ook medicijnen van iemand anders in hetzelfde zakje. Dit is onaanvaardbaar. Aangezien de apotheek al gesloten is medicijnen zelf maar even naar die andere persoon gebracht, want ja de gegevens staan op de medicijnen. Nu de kosten in de gaten houden zodat de verkeerde medicijnen niet bij onze zorgverzekering gedeclareerd gaat worden
Today medicines are taken from the service locker, when they return home there are medicines from someone else in the same bag as well as their own medicines. This is unacceptable. Since the pharmacy is already closed, medicines themselves have to be brought to that other person, because yes, the data is on the medicines. Now keep an eye on the costs so that the wrong medicines will not be declared with our health insurance
