Nu is dat lange wachten bij elke apotheek zo, maar Biermasz spant duidelijk de kroon. 5 Man voor je, en meerdere apothekers aanwezig.. maar er is er maar één die helpt, hoe druk het ook wordt. Ik switch van apotheek en raad iedereen die ook om zijn tijd geeft, hetzelfde aan. Uninterested staff and UNLIMITED long wait at Biermasz is the rule rather than the exception. Now that is the long wait at every pharmacy, but Biermasz clearly takes the crown. 5 men in front of you and several pharmacists present .. but there is only one who helps, no matter how busy it gets. Daarnaast zouden ze met een nummer systeem moeten werken zodat er geen onduidelijkheid ontstaat over wie er eerst is. The wait takes endless. Picking up a recipe just before work is almost impossible because you have to wait a long time. Er werkte 1 vervelende vrouw en die is er nu gelukkig al een tijdje uit gegooid en sindsdien ben ik erg tevreden met de klantvriendelijkheid en het kunnen en vermogen om in te kunnen leven en met de klant mee te denken. Soms moet je lang wachten, maar het is immers ook niet hun schuld dat er iets met je aan de hand is vergeet dit niet. Soms gaat er iets mis met een bestelling maar dit is zelden tot bijna nooit.
