★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vrijdag 8-9-2017 medicijnen besteld voor 3 maanden en dinsdag 12-9-2017 op kunnen halen. Zat er 1 medicijn voor 1 maand bij ipv 3 maanden. Woensdag gebeld en afgesproken dat vandaag (15-9-2017) medicijnen gebracht worden maar helaas liggen ze nog op het servicepunt. Is het nu zo moeilijk om voor oudere mensen medicijnen te brengen??????
Friday 8-9-2017 ordered medicines for 3 months and Tuesday 12-9-2017 to pick up. There was 1 medicine for 1 month instead of 3 months. Called Wednesday and agreed that medicines will be brought today (9/15/2017) but unfortunately they are still at the service point. Is it so difficult now to bring medicines for older people ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb helaas een aantal maanden zonder medicijnen gezeten omdat zij, na 3x een fax vanuit het ziekenhuis te hebben gehad met een artsen verklaring, mijn verklaring niet hadden, of de medicijnen niet konden bestellen, of verkeerde medicijnen uitgaven! Ik ben uiteindelijk mijn recept nu steeds in het ziekenhuis gaan halen! Zeer teleurgesteld!
Unfortunately, I have been without medication for a number of months because, after having received a fax from the hospital 3 times with a doctor's statement, they did not have my statement, or could not order the medication, or spent the wrong medication! In the end I always went to the hospital to get my prescription! Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dat het...even duurt om de medicijnen te pakken die zijn besteld is normaal.
Dat het...even kan duren omdat er zoveel wachtende voor zijn, is normaal
Dat het.... extreem lang duurt ook al zijn de medicijnen ruim een week van te voren aangemeld is niet
normaal.
Dat het.... dan zelfs nog klaar gemaakt moet worden ( op opgezocht ) is beslist abnormaal.
Kan niet wachten op de KLUIS !!!!!!! Maar ben bang dat ook deze zeer inefficient gaat werken.
