j	jan jaap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ slechte gegevens beheer en hele lange wachttijden. medicijn niet voorradig, maar komen ze pas na 6 uur zoeken achter. poor data management and very long waiting times. medicine not in stock, but they only find out after 6 hours of searching.
R	Rixte Wielstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De wachttijden zijn aanzienlijk verkort! Ik word vriendelijk en goed geholpen. De sfeer is veel prettiger geworden. The waiting times have been considerably reduced! I am friendly and well helped. The atmosphere has become much more pleasant.

Vriendelijk personeel, eventjes gecoördineerd en het lag keurig klaar. Picked up medicines for a family member we were visiting. There was some misunderstanding in which of the two pharmacies the medicines were available. Friendly staff, briefly coordinated and it was neatly ready.

Not normal how long it takes before you get your medication. Ordered on Tuesday morning at 8 am from the doctor. Thursday at 4 pm still nothing ....

Ruime apotheek ruimte, met vroeger altijd veel op voorraad en klantvriendelijk. Helaas merk ik wel dat ook voor dit bedrijf mindere tijd is gekomen, waarschijnlijk door bezuiningheden. Veel te lange wachttijden, minder voorraad, niet altijd zichtbaar goed ingewerkt personeel. Toch wel 4 sterren, omdat ik heb vertrouwen in dat dit apotheek in de toekomst weer een toppertje wordt! I have been a customer of Apotheek Bilgaard for years. In general I am a satisfied customer. Spacious pharmacy space, with a lot always in stock and customer friendly. Unfortunately I notice that less time has come for this company too, probably due to austerity. Far too long waiting times, less inventory, not always visible well-trained staff. Still 4 stars, because I am confident that this pharmacy will be a hit again in the future!

Moest bijvoorbeeld voor een recept betalen (normaal werd dit vergoed), medicijn gegevens waren daar niet juis, (mischien slecht doogestuurd door de vorige apotheek) werd beetje klantonvriendelijk behandeld door een medewerker aan de balie, meerdere miscommunicatie's met apotheek ( alsof er niks werd bijgehouden), en nog wat hobbels in de weg. Maar uiteindelijke kwam kwam het goed, kreeg recept alsnog zonder nota, en werd netjes thuis afgeleverd. Werd netjes en vriendelijk te word gestaan en kreeg een rustige uitleg wat er nou precies mis ging, en ook werd er netjes excuses aangeboden. Dus uiteindelijk na een slechte start werd het netjes opgelost (mag ook gezecht worden). I switched to this pharmacy, initially a bad experience. For example, had to pay for a prescription (this was normally reimbursed), medication data was not correct there, (possibly badly sent by the previous pharmacy) was treated somewhat customer-friendly by a staff member at the counter, multiple miscommunications with a pharmacy (as if nothing was kept ), and some bumps in the road. But in the end it worked out well, received a prescription without a bill, and was neatly delivered at home. Was tidy and friendly to be stood and received a quiet explanation of what exactly went wrong, and also was apologized nicely. So finally after a bad start it was neatly solved (may also be sieved).

Toen ik thuis om 17.45 uur de apotheek belde kreeg ik al een automatisch antwoordapparaat dat ze waren gesloten terwijl ze tot 18.00 uur open zijn. Some of the medication that I had taken out of the locker at 5:30 pm was missing. When I called the pharmacy at home at 5:45 PM I already got an automatic answering machine that they were closed while they are open until 6 PM.
