I have been a client of "Apotheek de Gaarde" for years and I am very satisfied. I am particularly impressed by the personal and professional guidance that I receive.
E	Eduard de Boer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alledaagse apotheek, maar helaas moet je vaak erg lang wachten voordat je überhaupt aan de beurt bent. Dat lijkt in andere apotheken in Apeldoorn minder het geval. Verder vind ik het vreemd dat je 's ochtends doorgebelde herhaalrecepten pas de volgende dag na 15:15 uur kunt ophalen. Dat kan toch niet waar zijn in deze realtime en 'always on' maatschappij! Everyday pharmacy, but unfortunately you often have to wait a very long time before it is your turn. That seems to be less the case in other pharmacies in Apeldoorn. Furthermore, I think it is strange that you can pick up repeated repeat prescriptions in the morning after 3:15 pm. That cannot be true in this real-time and 'always on' society!
A	Arthur Vrij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn medicijnen "moet" ik slikken, ik "mag" ze hier halen. Wordt altijd vriendelijk ontvangen, en weet dat er wordt meegedacht waar nodig. Neem vandaag, ik kom 1 medicijn halen maar er blijkt nog een medicijn in de wacht te staan. Deze krijg ik automatisch ook mee. En ja soms is het wat drukker, en moet ik even wachten maar realiseer me ook dat dit altijd zo voorbij is. Dat het personeel hier niet omvraagd, maar dat sommige klanten iets meer uitleg willen of vragen hebben. Ook in de winkel staan we meestal wel even te wachten bij de kassa en is de wachtkamer bij de huisarts vaak ook geduldig. Niet het wachten maar mopperende mensen in de wandelgangen, daar stoor ik mij aan. Maar hier kan gelukkig het personeel niets aandoen. Ik ben dik tevreden, en blijf komen. MIsschien neem ik wel een keer een koekje mee !! bedankt voor de lach en de service. I have to take my medicine, I can "get it" here. I also get this automatically. And yes sometimes it is a bit busier, and I have to wait a while but also realize that this is always over. That the staff is not asking around here, but that some customers want a little more explanation or have questions. Also in the store we usually wait for a while at the checkout and the waiting room at the doctor is often patient. Not the waiting but grumbling people in the corridors, I am bothered. But luckily the staff can't do anything about this. I am very satisfied and keep coming. Maybe I'll take a cookie with me once! thanks for the smile and the service.
H	Harriet Louwes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas niet tevreden over deze apotheek. Het gaat vaak mis bij de uitgifte van de medicatie. De medicijnen liggen toch niet klaar of ik krijg te weinig mee. Hierdoor kom ik regelmatig voor niks en moet ik later nog een keer. Ga nu naar een andere apotheek. Unfortunately not satisfied with this pharmacy. It often goes wrong with the issue of medication. The medication is not ready or I get too little. Because of this I regularly come for free and I have to go again later. Go to another pharmacy now.
L	Logan Maxwel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer ondeskundig personeel. Kent standaard medicatie niet (Lactase zijn geen Laxative) en heeft nooit wat op voorraad. Al bestel je dagen vooraf, kunnen ze vaak niet leveren. Denken slecht mee en zijn nog bezwaard als je hun aanspreekt op hun slechte dienstverlening. Na jaren van irritatie naar BENU overgestapt. Kunnen ook echt niet altijd perfect helpen. Maar 9 van de 10 keer wel. Very incompetent staff. Does not know standard medication (Lactase are not Laxative) and never has anything in stock. If you order days in advance, they often cannot deliver. Think badly and are burdened if you address them about their poor service. After years of irritation I switched to BENU. Really can't always help perfectly. But 9 out of 10 times.
J	Jasper Braam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte apotheek. Gister mijn huisarts gebeld voor medicatie tegen mijn benauwdheid. Mijn huisarts zij dat het de 20e aan het eind van de dag kan ophalen. Aangezien ik werk tot 18.00 uur werd het hem niet. Ga ik vandaag naar de apotheek zegt de medewerkster dat het recept pas heel laat binnen is gekomen en dat het vandaag pas verwerkt gaat worden. Ik heb het heel erg hard nodig zij ik zo en die dame zegt ja morgen om 11 uur kan je het ophalen. Zeer slechte service en heel erg laks zijn ze in hun werk Very bad pharmacy. Yesterday I called my doctor for medication against my stuffiness. My doctor says it can pick up the 20th at the end of the day. Since I work until 6 p.m. it was not him. Y	Yet Wierenga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iedere keer toch teleurgesteld door de service of medicatie niet op voorraad. Ze laten je onnodig vaak komen en geven dan andere medicatie mee dan afgesproken. Ik verander van apotheek. Disappointed every time by the service or medication not in stock. They let you come unnecessarily often and then give other medication than agreed. I'm changing pharmacy.
