Jammer dat er niet een andere apotheker bij komt, nu hebben deze 2 het alleen recht. Denk er ook over om een heel andere apotheek te nemen al moet ik er dan voor rijden. Long waiting times, almost all customer-unfriendly staff who are not in a hurry to help, this also applies to the pharmacist himself. Ook als je van te voren zegt dat je voor meerdere dingen komt en er geen wachtenden zijn. Proberen je goedkopere merken aan te smeren en zijn dan chagrijnig als je dit niet accepteert. Ook word altijd de goedkope troep aangeboden die vaak slecht of minder goed helpt. Snap dat dit niet altijd hun keuze is maar als er aangegeven word vanuit een arts probeer het dan niet nog drie keer. Vragen of er gebeld kan worden naar het ziekenhuis en een fax sturen voor recept..... Word ja gezegd maar nee gedaan..... Ontzettend onvriendelijk. Ga het maandag ophalen krijg ik maar 1/10 deel mee van het benodigde. Geen wonder dat de zorg overbelast is. Ow ja ik moet het zelf betalen want zit niet in het zieken fonds. Das geen punt voor ons. Goede communicatie is schijnbaar erg moeilijk bij deze apotheek. Als ze een duidelijke uitleg hadden gegeven was 2x een dokter bellen en 2x de apotheek bellen niet nodig geweest. Ze hebben contact opgenomen met desbetreffende arts en samen een ander medicijn voorgeschreven. Mijn dank is groot voor de oplettendheid van de apotheker en de moeite die ze hebben genomen om meerdere malen contact op te nemen met de arts en hier actief achteraan te gaan.
