★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel slecht dat jullie een diabeet die zijn insuline vergeten is gewoon weigeren insuline mee te geven. Dit hebben we tot nog toe nergens mee gemaakt. Niet in het buitenland en niet in het kleinste Nederlandse stadje. Jullie gaan totaal voorbij aan jullie zorgplicht. Als het aan mij zou liggen zou ik de hele tent sluiten. Ga dit in ieder geval melden waar mogelijk.
Very bad that you a diabetic who has forgotten his insulin just refuse to give insulin. We have not experienced this until now. Not abroad and not in the smallest Dutch town. You totally ignore your duty of care. If it were up to me, I would close the entire tent. In any case, report this where possible.

Prescriptions for medicines are provided quickly. You can also buy all kinds of medicines here that are not available on prescription. Friendly staff and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er is wel heel veel verschil met toen en nu, voor en na de verhuizing. Voor de verhuizing zou ik 1 ster geven, nu 5.
Bellen en advies gaat goed, kortere wachttijden door voorheen, nog geen last gehad van gesprekken die file veroorzaakt, of lang in de wacht staan.
There is a lot of difference with then and now, before and after the move. Before the move I would give 1 star, now 5.
Calling and advice is going well, shorter waiting times in the past, no problems with calls that caused traffic jams, or long queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the times they are very slow. There are 2-3 clerks and only one is serving the customers. Every time I go there I have to wait 20 minutes at least.
