Er is voldoende personeel, ik wacht nooit langer dan 5 min tot ik aan de beurt ben. This pharmacy is very customer friendly, professional and balanced in price. There is enough staff, I never wait longer than 5 minutes for my turn.

Dat kon en dan kon ik dezelfde dag de medicatie ophalen. Wat een vriendelijkheid aan de telefoon, zeer behulpzaam. Ook bij het ophalen zeer vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader! I live on the other side of the country, forgot to take medication. Called this pharmacy, if the GP could email them the prescription. That was possible and then I could pick up the medication the same day. What kindness on the phone, very helpful. Also very friendly when picking up. Highly recommended!

Heb mij natuurlijk gelijk ingeschreven. Top service! My own pharmacy didn't have my medicine in stock and it was all hard to get blah blah blah, but here I could pick it up right away! Signed me up of course. Great service!

What I asked was an asid free vaseline, they call it "sterile vazeline", she picked a package and said that they are in tubes and opened it t show me how tube was. I looked at the package for a while and didn't see anything about sterile on it and asked "is this the so-called sterile vazeline?" Then her face changed and said "yes, here when you open something it is not sterile anymore". Yeah...I meant "is this that vazeline?" The expression on her face was with anger. Maybe coz I am not dutch (immigrant in her idea). It feels strange
