★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd goed werk, denken mee, controleren bij afwijkingen, Indien spoed zullen ze hun best doen om je te helpen (zelfs met recept naderhand).
Medewerkers kundig en altijd vriendelijk.
Ik snap persoonlijk de 1 ster beoordeling niet van de 1e review...
Always good work, think along, check for deviations, if urgent they will do their best to help you (even with a recipe afterwards).
Employees knowledgeable and always friendly.
I personally do not understand the 1 star rating from the 1st review ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klantvriendelijkheid hebben ze bij deze apotheek niet bepaald hoog in het vaandel... onbeschoft, incompetent en chagrijnig personeel. Zowel aan de telefoon als aan de balie. Geen aanradertje.
Customer-friendliness is not exactly a priority at this pharmacy ... rude, incompetent and grumpy staff. Both on the phone and at the desk. Not a recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to pay full price for what I wanted, despite the doctor telling me that insurance would pay for it. That is because they could not find my details in their system. After purchase of medicines I realised that the sticker has all my information wrong. Entered incorrect date of birth and name.... through entirely their fault, I had to pay. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff! ESPECIALLY the lady with the short blonde hair and glasses. RUDE! I cannot believe they allow someone like her to work in a pharmacy. She is not clear in giving explanations and responds disrespectfully. All the workers here are not friendly, very slow with work and provide incorrect details. Shame for the pharmacy
