★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg tevreden. Je wordt altijd behulpzaam, correct en proffesioneel geholpen. Ze nemen ook echt de tijd voor je en zijn bereid om je te helpen met problemen. Door de snelbalie is er ook een korte wachttijd. Dit is echt een uitkomst!
Very satisfied. You will always be helped, correctly and professionally. They really take the time for you and are willing to help you with any problems. Due to the quick counter, there is also a short waiting time. This is really a godsend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotheek is erg achteruit gegaan sinds de verhuizing van de 1ne kant van de plantage naar de andere kant van de plantage. Bestelde medicijnen zijn er vaak niet. En veel niet bestelde tabletten hebben ze ook niet op vooraad.
Pharmacy has deteriorated a lot since moving from the 1st side of the plantation to the other side of the plantation. There are often no ordered medicines. And they do not have many tablets that have not been ordered in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik hoop dat dat nu verbeterd is (na de verhuizing), maar ik ben ruim een jaar terug naar een andere apotheek overgestapt nadat ze meerdere keren slordig waren geweest met persoonlijke informatie. Zo werd bijvoorbeeld de eigen bijdrage van een bepaalde kuur aan een familielid gefactureerd, die op een heel ander adres woont.
I hope that has now improved (after the move), but I switched to a different pharmacy more than a year after they had been sloppy with personal information several times. For example, the personal contribution of a certain course was invoiced to a family member who lives at a completely different address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Géén overleg met patiënt als voorgeschreven medicijn er niet is. Gewoon bestellen(dat kost 1/meer dag of weekend) terwijl je het medicijn die dag nodig hebt. Ze bellen alleen met Apotheek Donker. Als je naar andere apotheken vraagt krijg je: ja maar we hebben al besteld en moet u dubbel betalen!!!!!!!!
No consultation with the patient if prescribed medication is not available. Just order (that costs 1 / more day or weekend) while you need the medicine that day. They only call Pharmacy Donker. If you ask about other pharmacies you will get: yes but we have already ordered and you have to pay twice !!!!!!!!
