B	Borisz z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je wacht 2 uur voordat je aan de beurt bent en geholpen wordt aub extra personeel in dienst nemen want zo raak je klanten kwijt en de bezorg systeem werkt geen meter jammer dit allemaal! You wait 2 hours before it is your turn and you will be helped. Please hire extra staff because that way you will lose customers and the delivery system does not work, too bad all this!

Bij de vorige apotheek Benu was ik zeker wel tevreden, en persoonlijke service. I am not satisfied with this pharmacy, repeat prescription does not arrive, medicines have to be ordered, no personal service. Ze halen echt de bloed onder je nagels vandaan. Gewoon werken en niet zo kletsen er wachten gewoon klanten op jullie, handel dat af en ga dan pas achter dingetjes doen. Very slow women who have a nice time with each other. We literally waited 45 min for 3 ladies and there were 9 people in front of us. They really get the blood from under your nails. Just work and not chat like that, customers are just waiting for you, handle that and only then do things.

The new female pharmacist is very professional, my medication appointments are now well documented. I now see visible progress in pharmacy.

Bezorging van de baxter zou wel eerder op de dag mogen ivm het stressen of de medicatie wel geleverd gaat worden. Nice pharmacist explains it well and takes the time. With repeat service it didn't go so well that's why it turned to a baxter. This also went well. Delivery of the baxter should be earlier in the day because of the stress of whether the medication will be delivered.

Moet vaak besteld worden, neem op zijn minst iets meer op voorraad en bezuinig daar niet op. Grootste teleurstelling is toch wel het bellen. Echt zonder overdrijven maakt niet uit welke tijdstip je belt, ik sta altijd meer dan 15 min in de wacht. Zo lang dat de lijn zelfs automatisch wordt opgehangen. Voor een apotheek is dat eigenlijk echt onacceptabel. Graag hier iets aan doen. Bij onderbezetting wat meer aan nemen en niet ook hier weer op bezuinigen, nergens voor nodig. Unfortunately disappointing pharmacy, at least the working method of staff and purchasing medication. Must be ordered often, at least have a little more in stock and don't skimp on that. The biggest disappointment is the phone call. It really doesn't matter what time you call, I'm always on hold for more than 15 minutes. So long that the line is even automatically hung up. That is really unacceptable for a pharmacy. Please do something about this. In case of understaffing, take a little more and do not cut back on this again, there is no need for it.
