N	Nick Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war ganz nett, besonders der Wohnbereich. Schlafzimmer und Badbereich könnten mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Für das gebotene ist es etwas zu teuer. It was nice, especially the living area. The bedroom and bathroom area could use a renovation. It's a bit too expensive for what is on offer.
X	Xhevahire Krapi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, nur muss ich sagen: es ist etwas laut wenn jemand oben selbst schleichen würde, hört man unten alles. Trotz alledem würden wir wieder kommen. We felt very comfortable, I just have to say: it is a bit loud if someone sneaks up there, you can hear everything down there. Despite all of that, we would come back.

A nice place to use with your family ... clean .. good location .. close to food tend ... walking distance to museum and old town of Leeuwarden ....
V	Victoria “La Dolce Vita” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prettige plek om te verblijven. Ondanks dat het in het Ventrum van Leeuwarden is, hebben we weinig last van het verkeer. Een aanrader! Nice place to stay. Despite the fact that it is in the Ventrum of Leeuwarden, we have little trouble with traffic. Recommended!
K	Kirsten van Santen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een fijne plek! Super schoon, goede prijs/kwaliteit. Fijn dat er veel handdoeken, zeepsop, suiker en koffie aanwezig is. Het contact met de verhuurder was fantastisch ze heeft ons enorm geholpen. We kwamen eigenlijk 2 nachten maar het zijn er 5 geworden. De verhuurders zijn ontzettend lief en meedenkend en reageren snel. We komen zéker terug! Ook fijne bedden, kussens, en een fantastische douche straal met zeep en shampoo. We zijn hier tot rust gekomen en dat hadden wij nodig. Bedankt! What a great place! Super clean, good price / quality. Nice that there is a lot of towels, soap suds, sugar and coffee available. The contact with the landlord was fantastic, she helped us enormously. We actually came 2 nights but it turned out to be 5. The landlords are very sweet and cooperative and respond quickly. We will definitely be back! Also nice beds, pillows, and a fantastic shower jet with soap and shampoo. We have come to rest here and we needed it. Thanks!
C	Connor Raspoet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie accomodatie. Zeer leuke ervaring om op het water te slapen! Ook de aanwezigheid van koffie en thee was een aangename verassing. Zeker van genoten! Midden in het centrum, dus er is zeker wel wat te beleven :) Beautiful accommodation. Very nice experience to sleep on the water! The presence of coffee and tea was also a pleasant surprise. Definitely enjoyed! Right in the center, so there is definitely something to do :)
G	Gerrit Ortelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful if you want to book your accomodation here. The owner ist a fraud! We booked the accomodation for one weekend in October 2021. We had a pleasant stay and the entire booking and the contact with the owner was fine until we left. The owner gave us a message, that we appearently destroyed one of the mattresses by spilling some drink over it. She proved the damage to us with some pictures. We didn't notice the damage before we left, but instantly paid for the asked damage. We kindly asked the owner to send us the receipt for the new mattress in return, so that we could get back the damage sum from our insurance. The owner received our money but didn't send us the receipt in return, so that we are not able to get our insurance money. Since we transferred the money the owner is not answering our massages and neither the phone. You better do not book here!
L	Lara m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an apartment on booking.com, but because of the Corona-Virus we couldn't come there on this date. The Netherlands had a very high risk and it was not allowed to travel there from Germany. We also couldn't get our money back so I contacted the owner. I had a call and she told me that this was no problem and we could arrange another date. We wrote on WhatsApp and she answered quickly every time - until we finally had a specific date. When I asked her one week before we wanted to come over, she didn't respond. When I called, nobody accepted a call. E-mails, Instagram everything was ignored. And our money is gone!
