★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zich een leuke winkel maar ik snap niks van hun keuze in inname van kleding en de manier van prijzen. Pillige tweedehandsjes van de H&M of weekday voor meer dan €10, kledingstukken van duurdere merken voor minder dan dat (helaas niet in mijn maat ?).
Wat ook niet echt hielp was dat de twee jonge verkoopster met beide een goede aardappel in de keel luidkeels online spullen voor zichzelf aan het shoppen waren “gelukkig is het gratissss verrrrzenden”. Past niet echt bij het duurzame imago van de zaak, dacht ik zo.
Ik ben geen vaste klant en ga dat ook zeker niet worden.
 In itself a nice store, but I don't understand their choice in the intake of clothing and the way of pricing. Pillige second-hand items from H&M or weekday for more than €10, clothing from more expensive brands for less than that (unfortunately not in my size ?).
What also didn't really help was that the two young saleswoman, both with a good potato in their throats, were loudly shopping online stuff for themselves “luckily, it was sent for free”. Doesn't really fit with the sustainable image of the business, I thought.
I'm not a regular customer and I certainly won't be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super om je kleren te verkopen als je er zelf geen moeite voor wil doen. Daarnaast zijn er leuke nieuwe parels te vinden voor je eigen kast en is de winkel erg netjes, je hebt bijna niet het gevoel dat je tussen tweedehands kleding kijkt
Great to sell your clothes if you don't want to put in the effort yourself. In addition, you can find nice new pearls for your own closet and the store is very neat, you almost don't feel like you are looking between second-hand clothes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not friendly or helpful at all. I brought brand new and very clean clothes there to sell. They told me that they will evaluate the clothes to check are they eligible to sell or not. And obviously they did not find sellable enough any of the items which I brought and this is not understandable for me. I called them to ask what is their criteria when they choose and instead of explaining they just told me i can check in their website. So, i do not recommend you to sell your clothes there, and but you can always go and buy of course, they have a wide variety of clothing.
