★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vintage watch dealers can be found easily. However, this one here is quite a special one - let me try to show you with some points:
- very good communication. Well, what is "good" communication: in this case, it means that it is fast, honest, friendly and authentic. Not the typicall "yes-sayer" that tries to create an atmosphere of false friendship. He has his opinions and shares them. Feels to be rather a talk between collectors than a seller who tells you how awesome his deal is. Additional pictures are sent within minutes and questions are answered extensivley!
- specialised in Omega. very, very (!) good background checks go into the descriptions. Only seems to buy and sell what he believes in and what he understands. All pieces were authentic and very high quality so far!
- "honest" pieces. If they are serviced, they really do work in a great way. If they weren't, they simply didn't need a service. I can totally rely on his expertise!
- unique atmosphere. The selection of watches are much more interesting than the standart "lets sale Speedys and vintage Datejusts" which would probably mean less work and more clients. There is a passinate deteremination to find the perfect watch for a customer by looking for forgotten Omegas that otherewise wouldn't have been on ones radar.
I don't regret the time spend with this dealer at all as it always was a fascinating lesson and a reliable purchase. You won't regret trusting his epertise! Greetings from Germany;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two watches from Stan / VintageMasters in 2021, a recent Speedmaster and a 60s Omega. Certainly, there are more to come in 2022. A very well curated selection (wonder where he gets those nice pieces from!) and most importantly, a straightforward, super friendly, trustworthy guy running this shop. I’ve dealt with a fair share of dealers in my time collecting watches, but - no offense to the others - it doesn’t get better than this. He even posted an international parcel with some Dutch delicatessen to arrive spot on at my birthday. I honestly can’t think of a better customer experience in quite a while.
