β β β β β Unfortunately this shop is being lead by people who do not keep their promises, admit they made mistakes and donβt correct them, as well as manager who hides behind things posted in the terms and conditions while he admits his personnel frequently tells clients things that contradict those terms. Great product, entirely wrong managed by the shopmanager.

β β β β β after months of trying, made an appointment for macbook screen replacement (since Apple in Amsterdam is not available for bookings for couple months now). Traveled one hour and faced empty shop with nobody inside. After 30 min on the phone with customer service- they offered me to pick up my product for 140 euros more of original price of repair.. Nice making money from people in trouble, Apple.

β β β β β Went there from quite far to buy an iPhone and iwatch. Their website showed the shop to be open today. But at the door refused... only possible to enter shop with appointment. Nothing on their website that warns that you canβt enter. It only shows βopenβ. What a disrespect they show to their customers!?
