β β β β β After 30 days if you need to return, there's nothing Coolblue can do for you. No store credit, no exchange policy, literally nothing. I have a brand new product that I registered for return and accidentally waited more than 30 days to return (during a pandemic) and the customer service representative said that's too bad, there's nothing we can do for you. MediaMarkt has a 100 DAY RETURN POLICY. She then suggested going physically into the store during a pandemic because they cannot call the stores and I cannot call the stores since there are no telephones inside. Incompetent people in customer service. I will be canceling my current order and ordering directly from MediaMart in the future.
